Is this build good for a Black Friday offer or is it unbalanced?

I have some other alternatives. Between Mobos, the one listed in all of them is the cheapest. I can put a MSI B450M Bazooka in any of them for 7€ more or an ASUS TUF B450-M Plus Gaming for 20€ more. In RAM, I could drop the price by taking only 8GB, but in the page I would have to take a single 8GB Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 2666MHz CL16. It would drop the price by 65€.

 

I want to play at 1080p and maybe try to reach 144Hz in some titles, while keeping my build future proof. Is the Ryzen 5 2600 capable of handling a 1070Ti, or even a 2070? Which of the three builds do you recommend the most and should I put other Mobo/RAM of those at the top?
