need help for a build or opinion for a prebuilt one

Hello everybody

i need your advice on what to buy, i am an architect/ designer and hardcore gamer, i've been working off my asus g75vx t4113h, but its starting to fade, i have an all around budget monitor and peripherals included of  3700 dollars, either to buy a pre-built computer https://www.ultrapc.ma/pc-gamer-ultra/1718-2462-pc-gamer-ultra-crystal-series-platinum.html#/74-barrette_de_ram-16gb_ddr4_3000mhz_par_defaut_0_mad_/90-disque_dur-sans_hdd_par_defaut_0_mad_ , or to build one, if i need to build one what can you suggest

 

Please i want a computer that is gonna have nooo probleme rendering quickly and game easily

it's working if you copypaste it, 8700k, 16GB ram, GTX1080ti, 1TB SSD..

 

all in all not an ideal pick, if you'd ask me.

building the pc yourself can save 200 dollars or more, and I recommend it because if you plan upgrades in the future, you really want to know how everything works, fits, all that jazz
