manually download and install Windows 10 cumulative updates

I am planning on installing a clean windows 10 1809 again but this time I downloaded all update for 1809 from www.catalog.update.microsoft.com.

 

My question is how should I install them:

 

1. by order, smallest KB number to higher KB number.

2. or first install cumulative updates then security update and finally adobe updates.

 

is manually install windows updates safe?

Why? What is wrong with your current install? Or this is a hobby to install clean Windows from time to time because you have read somewhere that is good?

My advice - use your working operating system and start doing something more interesting on your computer than installing the same system again and again.
