does anyone know much i should undervolt from intel XTU. does it make that much difference? my laptops the 1060max q 60hz edition. its my first time undervolting and do i undervolt the gpu or the cpu

Undervolt the CPU, look up some guides on YouTube, there are some very good ones on using Throttlestop to undervolt the 8750H.
