My startup home screen starts with black screen, help

I'm facing a problem about my startup home screen. After my system boots my home screen starts up with totally black screen and a small command prompt window with c:\windows\system32 . Need help to solve the issue. I'm using win 10(unofficial), Ryzen 2600x, Msi b450 tomahawk. gtx 1070,corsair lpx 8x2.
