How to fix mic on hyperx cloud alpha.

Hi, i recently had a few problems with my mic on the hyperx cloud alpha. I got it yesterday set all excited to use it but when i used the mic it was really bad. I then went to the settings n decided to some tweaking     n now i dont know how i can fix it. Can someone pls tell me a few possible options n the best settings for the mic on the hyperx cloud alpha thanks.
