Does PS4 factory share record other people's voices?

Hi, I'm planning to make a montage of sniping and tubing (for fun) in a cod game and I want the share factory to record other people's reactions to them. And I'm not talking about party chat but random players in general. I heard from searching it up that you can only record party chat but that was a while ago. 

 

I'm not using any external device other than share factory to record the montage.

I don't think so, sharefactory is pretty basic. Better off investing in a capture card, even a cheap one would be better than just having that.

From what I remember if can record voices but if you long press the button you can change the options in the ShareFactory.
