Twist3relelelele

So i have this problem when i restart my pc and after startting again it Will use the igpu To run everything and it does not even detect the gtx 970 unless i take the gpu out of its slot and re slot it and turn on the pc after that then it shows the gpu and it works properly only

Yea, what Finn said and if that's not it, use DDU to wipe your old GPU driver and install it fresh again. Also make sure to disable the on-board graphics first this time. The driver for it was likely installed when it shouldn't have been. Common mistake.

are your monitors plugged into the GTX 970 or the iGPU?

My monitor is plugged into the 970 unless it gives no signal then i plug it into the motherboard To see what is wrong and the gtx 970 does not show up anywhere

Cool, DDU wipes everything back to defaults so this is like a general step like clearing your CMOS is for motherboard/CPU issues. It should fix things either way unless you have a more serious hardware problem.

make sure that iGPU multi monitor is disabled and then set your primary video output to pcie.

Also keep in mind @Twist3relelelele may have that setting on Auto (as it is usual on Auto by default) in the BIOS.

If no GPU is detected, then it would re-route to the iGPU.
