Looking for decent Steering Wheel & pedals for PC forza h4 ++

Sooo because black friday sales are happening i decided i may wanna buy some steering wheel / pedal set for PC for the new Forza Horizon 4 and potentialy gta5 if it works in it and potentialy star citizen whenever that comes out....

Just wondering which one i would want to get i guess, hopefully no more than 300$ but open to suggestions.

Have had 1 issue id like to avoid with a wheel at a friends house, where the force zeroing was too strong, so i prefer if i can adjust that to next to nothing or something.
