Best android app to scan and digitize photos, cards, etc?

i want to use my phone to scan some photos and my cards and some documents so i can have a perfectly replicated copy on my phone as a picture. i have no idea which app is best for this but i did check out a few. my phone is updated to the latest software but google photo scan app is not compatible.
