Black Border around Acer Predator XB271HU

I just received an Acer Predator XB271HU and on the left right and top of the display there is a 5mm black border between the display and the bezel. I have changed the display size and changed the scaling but nothing has fixed the issue. I updated my graphics drivers and can not find any option in the monitors settings to change the scaling. I have seen many people have the issue but none have found a solution. Any help will be appreciated.

Monitor: Acer Predator XB271HU 27" 1440p @ 165hz

Keyboard: Razer Black Widow Chroma

Mouse: Logitech G502

Sound: Sony MDR 1000x Headphones, Blue Snowball Microphone

 

Laptop Specs:

Gigabyte Aorus 15G

CPU: Intel i7 10875H

RAM: 16gb DDR4

Storage: 512gb NVMe, 1TB Crucial MX300 SATA SSD

GPU: Nvidia RTX 2070 Max-Q

That's normal. My monitor has them too. It's because of the super thin bezels.

Mine is an AOC I2481FXH.

Make sure to quote or tag people, so they get notified.
