Does colour accuracy matter to you?

The MSI one you're talking about is VA and doesn't have G-Sync, whereas the Acer one is IPS and supports G-Symc.

Depends on his graphics card.

If he has AMD graphics i would get the MSI optix,

but if he has NVidia graphics card i would get the ACER one.

Oh okay. The acer one is bit expensive in my opinion. So the Msi is an ok buy for the price since im upgrading my pc too i can't afford the acer without compromising the build too much:/

I have nvidia and my current screen doesn't have gsync and honestly idc about that
