What 2080Ti is better

Zotac is a fine brand. Their Amp Extreme cards are some of the better ones out there. As far as customer service, EVGA, and I think that is paramount when buying a Turing card.

It is good to drink beer and have fun and goof off, I am welding myself tonight, just need things to cool down and down a few more cans and start cleaning up but it dont matter which brand, just pick a brand with the best return policy and a good price.

IMO, Im a Evga guy.  Why because they only make nvidia cards and their warranty is excellent.  They use cheaper boxes and dont come with fancy stuff or a free game or two, thus their prices are always the lowest.

Nice Rig man,  Wait you have 1080 Ti on SLI you have nothing to regret about.

 

You know this FTW or SC just means the cooling situation on the card is better then a stock.  That is all it means.  So you can take off the HSF off the card and put a custom cooler and it will overclock and be stable and perform equally.

I got the EVGA TC version because it is the best size for SLI.  If Nvidia decide not to launch new cards next year I will get another TC. 

After watching this video I had a bad case of the "I wants".

Wait until the 3080 because your 1080Ti is strong enough to sustain 60fps at all times at 1080p or 1440p all settings maxed out.  The 2080 is if you want to game @ 4k resolution and it supports ray tracing which is not done in the Unreal Engine or the AutoDesk.

To tell you the truth the Founders Edition feels the most premium compare to the other brands I had a EVGA 2080ti XC dual slot and founders they both run exactly the same temp and speed wise in a cooled room I love the look of the Founders Edition except the green logo I wish I can change to red or white. But the triple fan slot like asus strix evga ftw3 are better than founders but your going to pay a price.

Ya TC sounded not right.  Anyhow.  The only difference in the founders and brand names are the cooling situation.  Also the PCB layout can be different.  The GPU and VRAM are the same freakin thing.  THey can only do soo much ; thats why the performance is the same between founders and your evga.  Also the founders can overclock just like the brand names, to the exact same points, except on a brand name you have better cooling situation, the founders will give you freezes and crashes because of temp and what not.

I never saw a review of the EVGA XC 2080 ti but I knew it had the same clocks the Founders Edition and I saw plenty reviews of those. I get EVGAs because of there easy RMAs.

I had a GTX 980 ti die and a GTS 8800 years ago so I will be sticking with EVGA for a while.
