WiFi problems on Asus maximus xi code

Hey guys , I'm encountering problems on my new build. When i play overwatch for instance i get periodical spikes that last for a few seconds. Next to that if i try to download files it sometimes just stays at 0%. When i tried downloading Forza horizon 4 on the Microsoft shop it also stays at 0%. Before installing this motherboard i used a Asus z370 prime -a with a TP link ac1300 for wifi and it worked perfect.

I've tried installing new drivers (uninstalling , installing)
Allowing programs trough firewall or turning firewall off.

Specs:
processor: i9 9900k
Mobo: Asus z390 maximus XI code
Gpu: evga geforce 1080ti ftw 3
ram: Corsair vengeance 32 gig 3200mhz

Well i got the new mobo together with the i9 9900k. My father was looking to get a new motherboard and cpu and i told him he could have mine cause i was looking to upgrade anyway. With spikes i mean everone around me freezing and after like 5 seconds they move again.

Did you update all your drivers? Chipset, BIOS, SATA, audio, LAN, wifi, utilites? Ok they're not all necessary, but chipset, BIOS, SATA, and wifi should be done at a minimum

Just select your OS and download away. Install chipset first
