NEED HELP WITH CPU, CPU COOLER AND CASE!!!

This is my first pc build and I am trying to switch to the master race so I have been looking at cpu’s and I found one on pcpartpicker.com and then I chose all my other components on the website and now have pretty good build in my opinion but, since this is a gaming rig I was curious if I could run 2018 games at 100FPS or more on 1440p on my build. Also do you guys think I need to upgrade my cpu cooler or case? Here’s my build link and please, feel free to edit or change it (as long as it remains resonably close to 1000$)
