WiFi only slow on my PC, Help!

Okay so since I got home from school my internet on just my PC has been slow, my phone's internet and everyone else wifi at my house is just normal. I don't know why too! I've checked for viruses and the wifi card (updated driver) and the router itself. At some points of usage it would say no internet connect or somethings would take 10 min to load. PLS Help!

Reinstall Windows. Anything could've happened while you were gone. Just start over.

Dang okay, do you know how to reinstall without losing anything? like losing installed wanted programs like adobe cause those take forever to download.

have you restarted your system?

Honestly, I'd just reinstall and let everything download overnight. Copying big items, especially programs, can be a pain in the ass.

So I reinstalled windows and it still slow af. I am stuck on what to do.

Make sure all the drivers are installed.

They are and I did some testing. Took my pc downstairs and didnt change cards or anything and it bumbed the download to 70mb and upload to 8mb and same with ethernet. I did this to make sure all my stuff works and it does, but i still dont know why it suddenly stopped working. I troubleshooted and it said windows couldnt connect to proxy. I looked it up on my phone and did every possible thing it said on multiple websites and it still didn't work. I hope any of this info helps to fix my problem. Thanks for the help! And also i added another router to extend the wifi connection, its faster but still not even hitting 10 mb down.
