Need laptop for graphics under 600$

Hey,

I am learning illustrator and photoshop. I don't need beast machine just one that make me work comfortable working on this 2 softwares.

I saw this 2:

They have discount right now and will cost about 550$

worth for my needs or better something else.

If you're set on one of those two, I'd recommend going with the one with an SSD in it. From my experience win10 chugs with a rotory hard drive which will be more frustrating than anything

Form factor is fairly important. And even though you're not going to be running much beyond photoshop and illustrator, you might run into performance issues with the 13in due to throttling. The 15 will be a bit less portable, however it's got the extra RAM and a bigger battery in it. And given that it's still a 1080 display, it's going to be reasonably sharp and will be, IMO, a bit more friendly to the already small buttons onscreen for those programs.

 

If the budget allows, it'd be a great idea to swap in a 2.5in SSD in and reap the rewards.

https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820147674 would be a good option. Reliable and 500GB.

 

The 13 only really wins for portability and pen input (Which wants a 35 dollar "active pen" from dell).

Where are you from? Budget? Usage? Any preference on weight, display size and battery life?
