Good 27" 1440p IPS monitor

Max Cheung

Hi internet,

Need some recommendation for a good 1440p monitor. Refresh rate and response time would like to be as low as possible but no TN panels please.
No ultrawide, or anything bigger than 27". (My desk can't fit it :()

colour accuracy preferred over refresh rate and as I mentioned above, please don't recommend a TN panel.

No adaptive sync is fine, if it has adaptive sync please recommend one with G-sync.

finally, my budget is $400 USD. Please account for a ~10-15% price difference, as everything in Hong Kong is that overpriced.

Thanks

Lol, $700 monitor might not be in his budget :P

I don't think you're going to get one with G-Sync for your price range, but you have a lot of choices in the sub $400 range.

That's why I recommended used, not new.

I don't have a preference, I don't pay for IPS.  In your price range, I'd just pick one you like the look of, be it bezels, color, stand, etc.  Then read a review to make sure nothing negative has come out.

There is no BEST.  You have to look at it each and every day, so get something you like the look of.

Do you drive a car?  Very similar concept.  You have to enjoy using it daily.
