LG 27UK600-W or Samsung U28H750?

Can someone recommend between one of these two or maybe another one less than $350?

 

The LG with IPS, "HDR10", HDR Effect, or the Samsung with TN, Quantum Dot Color, "QLED"? With those features, which one do you think will produce better picture/video quality to look at? I'm a moderate gamer so a lot of my time will also be spent on watching YouTube, Netflix, movies, browsing..

This is kind of a tough one to be honest.  Both monitors have very good specs.  A lot of us here at work (including me) prefer IPS monitors for their greater viewing angles, and the HDR10 should also give you deeper blacks, but the QLED TN panel will also look excellent.  They both have a 60Hz refresh rate.
