Computer is turning off and on within a few seconds

Hey guys,

I'd like to know what just happened here. I have put in a new cpu and  updated BIOS before that and now my computer turned off and on by itself a few times until I turned off the power button on back.

Can anyone tell me what just happened?

The same thing happens to me but it repeats this process forever until I shut it down and turn it on again.

Hello there,

Did you remove the RAM when you replaced the CPU ?

No, I let it in the slots.

Okay,

Last time I was cleaning my PC took most of the parts, I didn't even touch the RAM and guess what, It was the RAM problem.

Please if you don't mind remove the RAM and make sure you put it back correctly wait for the click etc.

I don't want to teach you or anything just giving the ideas.

It's inside correctly. I've started the computer and get this error Message:

Driver: IRQL NOT EQUAL OR LESS

But I wonder what this turn off and on was.
