My Config for a new PC, Need help if its good.

i made a config for a PC i am planning to buy and i wanted to check if this is a good one.

i want to upgrade later to a 1070

The 750 Power Supply i am gonna change that to a 650 Watt

Why are you gonna change to a small psu later anyway then?
Just buy a 650W PSU from the get go.
And instead of the 2400G, go for something like a Ryzen 2600/1600. 
The 2400G might bottleneck your gpu.
Rest seems good, just make sure to fit an ssd into this budget too.

I would look into the pro4 from asrock. or a fatal1ty if you have some more budget. also, look at tweakers for pricing

A 550W psu would be quite sufficient. While the Focus Plus Gold is an excellent psu, you might consider saving a bit by going with a Corsair TXM or Seasonic Focus Gold, perhaps even a CX550M.
