Fortnite mashine ban

I changed ma internet service provider, and got a machine ban. I applied for an unban, Epic says they can't unban my PC. Is that true?

They must ban by IP address if this is the case.

 

Maybe someone before u who had the IP Address got the ban and u were unlucky enough to be issued the same IP.

I dont have a IP ban i can play on my ps4.

Turn off and then on your router then try login the game again. If still banned then reset your router and try login the game again.

Well there i really don't know what you could do, although there are videos in youtube "solving" your problem but to be perfectly honest, i play fortnite mostly squads, if i get banned like this then my solution would be :
 

  • Select the Start  button, then select Settings  > Apps.
  • Choose the program you want to remove, and then select Uninstall. Some apps built into Windows can't be uninstalled.
  • To remove an app you got from Microsoft Store, find it on the Start  menu, press and hold (or right-click) on the app, then select Uninstall.

And i could enjoy some good games i have paused because of this one. :P

Its hardware banned meaning it is tied to the motherboard. 

 

There are probably ways around this, but i cant say anything.

Its actually more than single component. I think its mobo, router (MAC address) as main ones and rest giving hint. So that you can't go around it by changing single part of the system.
