minecraft, ark, possibly terraria, factorio

are the first ones that come to mind

are you in the U.S.

Id look at a used server aswell, ther often much better values as a full unit.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/HP-Server-ProLiant-DL380-G7-16-Bay-2x-2-53GHz-QuadCore-16GB-RAM-no-hard-drives/182905007631?hash=item2a95fcee0f:rk:4:pf:0

But if you just want a board, id go used. How about something like this.

board https://www.ebay.com/itm/Supermicro-X8DTE-Dual-Socket-1366-E-ATX-Motherboard-DDR3-SATA2/371837053067?epid=80384145&hash=item569337288b:g:Ss8AAOSwax5Yxri9:rk:14:pf:0

cpus 2 of these https://www.ebay.com/itm/Intel-Xeon-X5650-SLBV3-6-Hex-Core-2-66GHz-12MB-Processor/273556938410?epid=82160987&hash=item3fb1439eaa:g:6SMAAOSw6-Nb6cU~:rk:3:pf:1&frcectupt=true

ram Something like this https://www.ebay.com/itm/6x-4GB-Samsung-2Rx4-PC3-10600R-DDR3-1333MHz-ECC-Server-CL9-Memory-240-Pin-DIMM/292689831129?hash=item4425ac64d9:g:B48AAOSwJ01bewvq:rk:2:pf:1&frcectupt=true

If you want new

Used system will be a good amount faster, but its used and uses more power.

The one I linked was a g7, and the dual 1366 systems use much less power idle(less than 100w is possible)

how much are those dual 1366 boards on ebay?

Otherwise get a pentium or 2200g. How much can you get that for?

I would probably suggest a HP elitedesk 800 g1. You can find them on trademe for about $200 nzd with a i5 4570 and 8 gb of ram in a sff case.
They have a 240w psu so will use less power than your current server
