Curiosity, can not disable secondary HDD

So I was trying to see what the Unknown device is (another topic) I saw that I can not disable the second HDD. The PC does boot without the second HDD and has no problems using it. Anyone encountered this before ? The HDD has some movies and music files, that's about it. I swapped the SATA cable and the port just to be sure, didn't change anything...weird !

Ah, no...it just caught my eyeball. I can disable the first one but not the second one. Of course not the SSD, Micro&Soft PortHole 10 is there :)

but why would you ever want to do this?

 

use disk management for managing disks.
