Task Scheduler as Alarm not working?

Hi guys,

I've been trying to make my Windows 10 into an alarm without using the Alarm app that it comes with by utilizing the task scheduler. I told my task scheduler to run a certain program, ie mp3 file, at a time even telling the computer to wake from sleep and run it without logging in. However, with all the tries, I only manage to get the computer only wakes from sleep but task never runs. Why?

In case anyone is wondering, I can't use the alarm app because I deleted it and I can't reinstall it from the Windows Store thing. I tried to get it but Firefox tells me this: https://imgur.com/zoXpFz0, and Internet Edge doesn't do anything when I try to download it.
