Ryzen 1600x + AiO vs Ryzen 2600 + Stock

My question is simple. What is a better option. Ryzen 5 1600x + AiO cooler or Ryzen 5 2600 + Stock cooler? The reason I'm asking is because im building my first PC right now. My budget is stretched too much already, and I literally cannot afford 30$ more. Basically, what i buy now is what i get, and I'm not upgrading it any time soon. So what should i choose? 1600x can perform as or even ourperform 2600 when OC, and i cannot OC if i have stock cooler on 2600 and as i said, im not going to buy anything else any time soon. 

I'm more for 1600x and AiO, because it simply looks much better :D and RGB does add some FPS to my gaming. 

I'd like to see what does my community think about this :D

Which exact PSU and AIO are you planning on buying?

I've dealed with sebian pricing before. what about that I use german pricing and you look it up yourself on local shops?

So my question is. Should i got like this. Or change 1600x to 2600 with stock cooler. 1600X is 40$ cheaper than 2600, adding a AiO will get me 10-15$ more expansive than 2600. And I'm not planning to upgrade stock cooler to AiO if i get 2600

I don't understand why you want an AIO, they're unreliable and not a good value compared to air coolers.

Ryzen 5 2600 with stock cooler... don't get AiO... it's a gimmick...

I have both air and water cooling. An AIO is a good solution and better than air cooling. The OP should go with air and 2600 though.
