i7 9700k high temp with nzxt kraken x62

Hi guys 1 week ago i bulid my pc

 but the problem my CPU temperature is high sometimes above 70 ! my CPU is stock didn't change anything

Welcome to the Forums!

 

If those current temps are at idle they are somewhat high, which usually means a bad mount on the block.

the highet i had was 77 max i was playing GTA online

Try putting it on performance mode and change up the fan curve and see if you get a big temp drop. That case has pretty decent airflow and isn't super restrictive.

Not unless you remove the block, try seeing if it makes a difference first in temps with those settings.

i changed the settings to  performance  and played  assassin's creed odyssey for like 20 min

Those look better, overall all the temps even originally at 77C isn't a problem but if you want to keep them lower or get extra headroom for overclocking try adjusting the fan curves and how aggressive they are in terms of ramping up under load.
