Reasonably priced DAC/Amp combo?

Hi everyone. I'm considering purchasing the HD 650 but I'm struggling to find a DAC/Amp that would compliment it well. I'm looking for one that can go on my desk preferably below $150. Any suggestions?

+1 to Schiit products.

Also Audioengine D1/D3 are pretty good, you can get refurbs from their site for fairly cheap with a warranty.  I use a D3 on the go with my laptop and phone.
