Cant access my router.

I can't reach the router login page on my Windows 10 PC, however, I can do it on my mac that is connected to the same network.

 

NOTE: I had this problem for some time now. Today I reinstalled my windows, however, this problem still occurs.

 

On my mac, the default gateway is: 192.168.1.1

 

While on my pc it says my default gateway is an IP that is the same as my IPv4 address. 

 

When I try to connect to the Default gateway shown in ipconfig this is what it says:

And when I try to connect to the proper router IP:

Do you own your router? Reset it and reconfigure.

It's a router i got from my ISP. And don't think i have to configure so much. Ill reset it now and see if something happends.
