Gigabyte Z390 Aurous Pro Static Voltage not working!

guyb

Every time I attempt to use static voltage at any frequency it crashes (4.7GHz, etc.). I tried up to 1.4V for 4.7GHz and the bios still crashed. The DVID voltage seems to work ok, but the voltage goes a little high for my liking (1.43V+). My hardware is: Gigabyte Z390 Aurous Pro F6 Bios, I7 8700K, Gskill Ripjaws V DDR4 3600, Corsair RM 750x, RX Vega 64 (watercooled), 2 hardware labs 360 Rads, ek cpu waterblock.
