NAT type in Black ops 4

Lil Burb

Hello, my friend and I are trying to play BO4 together but we can't join each other because of NAT type. Mine is moderate and his is strict. We think his is the problem. He already has UPnP on but that didn't help. He has tried making his IP static without success. The last thing we know of i to turn on DMZ, but we don't like the idea of doing that during to security reasons. Do anyone here know what to do?

Something in your router or firewall is limiting your friends connection. I would check the firewall and router settings.

Just a basic solution, try it with firewall disabled and look if that works. If it works fine, you're blocking some ports in the firewall

There is some kind of a nat boost setting, not sure where. Also, have you checked the routers firewall?

I think the firewalls it whats called dmz

You have no port forwarding for the server you are trying to play with your friend. The DMZ host will open all ports to achive this. But the better and proper way is to create port forwarding rules, which you have not done. (This will be in the last picture you posted.) I see someone already posted the ports you needed.

were it says port you put each one of the ports (in the emulator that I used it only let me put one port per entry)
