So I'm lost for words, I have this Intel motherboard bd75en. I put my 3770 core i7 in it and it Boots fine, only thing is it won't recognize my 1070. When I put my 2500 in it, it works fine. I've already updated the BIOS to the latest version available. I should also mention the fact that the 3570 I have works with the 1070 in the Intel board. The same 3770 works perfectly with a 970 that I also have in a different z77 board. I've tried different power supplies, different PCI Express slots, different power supply cables and pretty much everything but the combination of a 3770 with the GTX 1070 will not let me use 3D graphics, it won't even install Nvidia control panel. Anyone has any insights? I should add that the combination of a 3770k with the 1070 in my z77 board works perfectly but in the Intel board it will only take the i5 with the Pascal card.

What bios revision is the BD75EN motherboard? It needs a BIOS update to work with the 3770 CPU. You should be able to install the i5 2500 to perform the BIOS update.

He already said he updated the BIOS to latest version dude...

It might be the drivers. Does the system see it as a "Basic display adapter" in Device Manager?

 

Try to download drivers manually from Nvidia site and install, it that doesn't work go to Device Manager, right click on "Basic display adapter" and update drivers, and use net to do so.

Quick update, for some stupid reason, a fresh installation of windows 10 seemed to fix this....idk what to say lol
