Best Psu I can get In mine Country for 70-100 euros

Hi i am building new pc and i have no idea what Psu should i buy ! I will be using Ryzen 2600  , 2*8 sticks of ram  , 1060 ( 1070-1080 in the future but 1070 is more likely ) Motherboard b450 tomahawk . I have one hard drive and one ssd and i have 3 fans in case ! 

 

This is kinda Site that list all Psus i have available . ( I know its not much Power Supply  but its all we have here -_- )

I would love if its not that to much loud (As mine old psu is failing and its fairly loud ) But i  dont think any new psu can b as loud as a jet plane i have right now !

From the link you've given, the Seasonic Focus Plus Gold 550W would be a good pick for your system.

 

Appears to be priced between 11,500 - 13,999 of whatever currency that is.

 So i would not need 650 wats One ? 550 is enough ? If so thx ! Currency is Rsd 1euro-118 rsd xD

You'd easily be fine with a 550W PSU
