Noise cancelling, wireless headphones

I essentially want headphones/earbuds that are noise canceling and wireless for less than $60. I've found these:

I want to know if there are either 1.) any better headphones like these or 2.) if there are any earbuds that do the same thing within the price range that have the ability to connect by an optional wire to audio jack like these.
