MSI GP 62 MVR 7RFX laptop cpu throttle

Hello guys, I have a MSI laptop that when i play games, I experience lag, freezes aswell as fps drops. it's quite deppresing. Msi told me there is nothing wrong with my pc and the shop where i bought it can't do anything about that. Even if they gave me a statement that says there is a problem with the pc. it's been more than 6 months that I am fighting with msi and ldlc to try getting this fixed or get my money back.
My laptop is equipped with an i5 7300hq, a gtx 1060 6go, 8go of ram, an 128go ssd and 1to HDD.

 

When I am playing, i saw with afterburner that the frequency of the cpu is dropping. When it's maxed out, it's arround 3100Mhz

When it's dropping, it's arround 2800Mhz. It's random. I don't run anything in the background. I saw that this happens the most in games like PUBG.

tried a stresstest? and a userbenchmark? 3dmark?

When i do the benchmarks, the computer does it well and the results are normal.

Okay, so Msi afterburner was causing the problem. I exited the program. Here are the results : https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/11935354

seems about right. with 27% background at least

But like with the previous test, it was 10% now it's 23%. it's not accurate.
