Model M with Rubber Domes

Does the IBM Model M 1391401 use rubber dome switches or buckling spring switches?

Pretty sure that's a buckling spring model, was after 93 the rubber dome models were made, someone can chime in the confirm or not. I'd check out my old model M but that'd been i need to get it out of storage and that aint happening atm

Model M 71G4644 ("Quiet Touch") is the only model M that doesn't have buckling springs, and the 1391401 is the most common model M.
