This is the best AMD system you can build new. There is a chance you may need to get an old 900 series GPUs from eBay.

PCPartPicker part list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Vr8RMZ

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 3 2200G 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($96.99 @ SuperBiiz)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master - Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler  ($29.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: MSI - B350M PRO-VDH Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard  ($69.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: Team - Vulcan 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2400 Memory  ($79.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: ADATA - Ultimate SU800 128GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($28.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Western Digital - Caviar Blue 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  ($29.74 @ Amazon)
Video Card: Gigabyte - GeForce GTX 1050 2GB D5 Video Card  ($124.99 @ Amazon)
Case: BitFenix - Nova ATX Mid Tower Case  ($62.64 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: EVGA - BT 450W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply  ($29.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $553.31

I'm going to attempt to build an Intel one that is cheaper but Intel isn't known for being cheap.

@EZZEE go with that build without the gpu. Try to find a used r9 380 or a gtx 970 for that price.
