What do I need to take those screw out?

I'm trying to install a fan for intake. And the harddrive cage is blocking the screw holes for the fan so I need to take it out first. The cage is secured with the screws that is showcased in the photo. I can't seem to figure out what type of screwdrivers I need to take it out. You guys have any idea? 

P.s. it's those two that have the white dot in the middle.

its almost impossible to see in this picture, but they are either rivets in which case they have to be drilled out, but i'm seeing a vague hint of a triangular shape in the middle, so it could be a 3 sided security screw (they are called something like that i believe).

Current build: Ryzen 7 1700x, asus prime x370-pro, 16gb gskill trident z rgb, asus rog strix gtx 1070 ti, corsair rm650x, nzxt s340 elite, samsung 840 pro 256gb, 1.5tb hdd.

Oh really? Nevermind. I'll just buy a new case instead of drilling the sh*t out of my case. Thanks though.
