I need to know if my amd cpu smt is enabled and thank you

It's enabled.

I have a ryzen 5 1600x i want to know if the smt or i dont know its name but it is called hyperthreading on intel i need to know if it is enabled or no? And another question please i have hyper-v support enabled and virtualization disabled is this good or should i disable the hyper-v support or enable the virtualization please help to clarify everything and thank you

You could also right click the graph, "Change graph to", "Logical processors" to see all 12 threads in action (individually).
