The best msi micro-Atx mobo ?

HI there!  . I'm Ahmad from Tunisia and I'm new here! 

I just get a free "Corsair Carbide 88R" micro-Atx mid-Tower, with a 550W Corsair PSU and a TeamGroupe 128Gb M.2 SSD 

so gays what do you think I can fet with these ? 

I'm confused about what msi micro-Atx motherboard I should use, Intel or AMD ?

do you have any recommendations? .

and by the way  what do you think about the "msi H310m Gaming Arctic"
