Ryzen 5 2600 + rtx 2070 a good idea for 1440p ?

As the title says i am thinking on grouping an rtx 2070 with a ryzen 5 2600.

for 1440p . 60-75fps 

Do you think its a good idea or just get a 1070 ti or a 1080.

I got a special deal on the rtx 2070 .

1070 Ti/1080/2070. Just buy the cheapest card.

If you gonna get the 1070 Ti, you might as well overclock it to get stock 1080 performance

the 2070 and 1080 are pretty much equal. you do get the bonus of Ray tracing, though no mainstream game has that tech implemented.

Ryzen is very good .

I have a ryzen rig.

But I thought that something like a gtx 1080 is best to be grouped with an r7 or the 2600x
