Looks like a Triwing screw type:

(not to be confused with the bit Nintendo uses on many of their products, that is actually called Tripoint, but most people call it triwing).

 

I don't know if that is actually a useful part of the design, it might just be there for aesthetics.

Could just be part of the moulded plastic shroud.  Regardless it looks like one of those fake cards you see on ebay.  Notice the VGA port and hideous cooler

It's legit but does look like crap :P

MSI GTX 650Ti is what google returns.
