My rig is so bad it costs $200 on amazon and i have to do everything on it gaming browsing the web ect.

HP Streams are intended for HD Video streaming (Hence the name), and basic internet surfing and office work.  There isn't much you can do to necessarily upgrade that system's performance since both the RAM and SSD are soldered, its all intended to just be thrown out when it stops and you to buy another unfortunately.

 

If you're wanting to do gaming, you'll have a difficult time with lowly integrated graphics. Older 3D games say before 2007 you might be able to run for example Quake Arena or Open Arena, GTA Vice City and converted mobile games like World of Tanks Blitz will certainly run. If you haven't enough storage onboard, pick up a USB external hard drive. It'll be slow but not much else you can do.

 

If you want, you could connect an external monitor so you can watch YouTube in better quality if your internet is fast enough.
