New PC build keeps restarting randomly helpppp

Just got done building my new pc the bios menu came up and everything, then started the install of windows 10 and it restarted during the install and now the pc just keeps restarting every 10 seconds and i cant even get the bios menu up

Your's Windows 10 may be corrupted. Try a new download of 10 and try a new install.

 

I would also clear the Cmos . Look in MB owner manual on how to do it.
