DOKK OS 2 “unable to connect”

hey, so i purchased DOKK OS 2 on android.. but when i connected it to my other phone on bluetooth and ran the “call” feature

 

not: this is a simulator where basically it lets you “call” peoples phones...

 

but i simply get “cannot connect to 00:00:00:00” the 0s being the phones bluetoothh number or however it works
