Gtx 980 ti green dots/lines

So basically when I tried to boot it gave an B2 error code for 15 to 30 sec then boots with this green dots when it boots to windows it looks worse, is my 980 ti dead?

It does not show on gpu-z and I uninstalled the drivers so it wouldn't reboot.

It might have cracked the BGA solder, it's fixable.

Try another cable and monitor. Pretty sure the card is a Pop tart now.

No, I wouldn't, this isn't an actual solution, might not work, might stop working in some time or even kill the GPU. I would suggest re-doing the solder, it's a rather common job, I wouldn't expect it to cost too much.

I meant taking it to a shop, you can't do it yourself.
