CPU package temperature much hotter than cores

SatanExe

I have an I7 5820K (X99) with an H100i trying to overclock it to around 4.4GHz at around 1.325V (unlucky chip). However, at this clock, my package temperatures reach up to around 84 degrees Celcius in stress tests, whereas the cores stay at around 72 degrees. Should I be worried / what can I do?

84C is not hot, anything below 90C is fine IMO.
