Windows says device is part of organization when it is a personal computer

Title pretty much says it all, and now I cannot access my anti virus (Both windows defender and Malwarebytes)

Is this a recent issue?  How long have you had the PC?

So pretty much this is a recent issue, I've had this PC for like 3-4 years, and my only suspicion would be a possible virus: I run Malwarebytes, it finds things like Adware.Wacom and other things, and so after the scan I quarantine, and then it tells me to restart to finish removing the viruses. So I restarted, and now I cannot even launch Malwarebytes, and neither can I start a scan on Windows Defender cuz it thinks that the computer is part of an organization.

I was going to say the same thing (though I am unaware of what virus can do that) that if you had it for long...and something changed YOUR ability to access your own PC - I would do a fresh install right away.  I have no further help than that LOL.
