Getting a notification of a random virus by windows defender

rednas40

So I have got a message of my windows defender saying something. Also something got corrupt in my files of my game (dead by daylight) and I had to reinstall dead by daylight. Do someone know if this is a real virus?

And "Hoog" means High*

i had norton 'identifing' game .exe's  and deleting them.  luckily they are all steam games i can easily reinstall.  but  clicking on the file insight  they are 'on millions' of computers and some decade+ older so idk what happen or why. but i suspect something along those lines.
