How much you feel the difference beatween cl14 3000mhz and cl15 3200 mhz memory?
I am trying to pick a ram for my PC.
getting 128 gigs.

Memory i was looking at was this

Question is how huge difference there is beatween for example cl14 and cl15 
I was comparing cl14 3000 mhz and cl15 3200 mhz

for my AMD Threadripper amd threadripper 1950x

Latency 3000 with cl14 = 9.33

Latency 3200 with cl15 = 9.375

So purely based on latency i guess it does make no difference. Would go with the 3200 tho.

Probably none at all. You can most likely adjust the timings down on the 3200Mhz memory, or increase the frequency on the 3000Mhz memory... So either should be fine.
Since you're going with 128GB, I'd go with whichever kit is cheaper.

The higher clocks on the 3200 kit will make the infinity fabric run faster as well, which should improve performance slightly. And of course if you run any workloads that actually benefit from the extra memory bandwidth.
